My housemate and I split this box and now we’re arguing over who gets to order the next one lol. The texture difference between the two types is actually really fun - you think you know what you’re getting then the marshmallow one surprises you with that gooey middle. Honey Peach was unexpectedly good. Would’ve eaten more if there were more to eat tbh.

The marshmallow centre is what makes these special. You bite through that crispy shell and then there's this soft gooey pull - it's such a weird but satisfying combo. Lime Toasted Coconut was unexpected but really good, kind of tropical. Strawberry Choc Mint tastes like a fancy dessert.

Sent this to my mum interstate for her birthday and she called me straight away asking where I found them. She said they look almost too pretty to eat but the crunch is amazing. She’s now rationing one a day to make them last. Perfect gift when you want something a bit different - way more interesting than chocolates

Grabbed this as a sampler because I’d seen kohakutou all over TikTok and wanted to try it. The crunch is SO satisfying - like biting into a thin sugar shell but then it just dissolves. The clusters are my favourite, especially the citrus ones. Tropical Zing is addictive. Already planning to order a bigger box for my sister’s birthday. Only thing is they go fast so pace yourself lol
